Summerwind is a historic cottage built in 1926 but renovated in 2024. It will immediately feel like home. It is a 3 bed, 3 bath home with a private pool and gated parking! Play ping pong or foosball in our air conditioned garage. It’s a short walk (3 blocks) to the beach and local restaurants. Central to everything; just a 5-minutes from nearly every attraction (Strand, pleasure pier, cruise port). Or just spend the day at our private heated pool.

Second bedroom downstairs. It has a king bed, Smart TV and a celing fan.
Downstairs bathroom show with sliding glass door. Shampoo & soap are included.
UPSTAIRS BEDROOMS
Guest suite with a queen bed. This room also has a sitting area and privacy.
This bedroom is part of the upstairs but does NOT have a door. So its ideal for your children or an extra bed.
DOWNSTAIRS BATHROOMS
Primary Bathroom: New bathroom that can also be used as a pool bath.
Primary Bathroom: Full shower with frameless glass door.
Downstairs bathroom: Full shower.
Downstairs bathroom: Sliding glass dooor.
UPSTAIRS BATHROOM
This bathroom is upstairs and features a claw foot tub and shower!
Back DECK
This outdoor dining table can set up to 6 people and sits on the uppser deck.
Additional chairs for the outdoor dining table or a place to enjoy your morning coffee.
GARAGE / GAMEROOM
The garage has a pool and a foosball table. It also has a golf cart but it is not for guest use.
PRIVATE & HEATED SWIMMING POOL
The pool is heated to 85 degrees in the summer and 90 degrees in the winter.
